What is 24/7 Care?
Some participants need more than daytime support. Whether it is overnight supervision, regular night-time assistance, or simply the security of knowing a skilled and caring person is always present, our 24/7 Care service is built for exactly those situations.
For families carrying the weight of complex care, this service also provides something often overlooked: genuine rest. Knowing a trusted professional is with your loved one through the night changes everything, not just for the participant, but for everyone around them too.

- Continuous overnight presence, awake or sleepover, based on assessed needs
- Personal care at any hour including hygiene, continence, and repositioning
- Emergency response and crisis de-escalation
