- Your NDIS plan is helpful to have, but you don't need one to make contact
- We're happy to speak with family members, carers, or support coordinators on your behalf
- We respond to all enquiries within one business day, usually much sooner
Free Initial Consultation
We sit down with you, in person, by phone, or online, for a relaxed, no-pressure conversation about your situation, your goals, and what you're hoping for. No sales pitch, no commitment required.
- Bring whoever feels right, including family, a carer, or your support coordinator
- We'll explain your NDIS funding in plain language if that's helpful
- We'll answer every question honestly, including if we're not the right fit for you
Your Plan, Your Way
We build a support plan that is genuinely personalised around your life, mapping out the services, hours, and support workers that work best for you.
- You have final approval on every aspect of your plan before anything begins
- We'll introduce your support workers before the first shift starts
- We make it easy to adjust your plan at any time as your needs or goals shift

Not Yet an NDIS Participant?
If you haven’t yet been approved for NDIS funding, here’s a quick overview of how to start the access process:
- Call the NDIS on 1800 800 110 to register your interest and request an access form
- Gather supporting evidence from your treating doctors and allied health professionals
- Submit your completed access request and supporting documentation to the NDIS
- Attend your planning meeting with the NDIS — this is where your funding goals are discussed
- Once your plan is approved, contact us and we'll have you set up quickly
